1.  An overall master plan vision with an inspirational image idea book, and suggestions of contractors to engage. 

2.  Detailed construction documents and specifications.

3.  Submitting design documents to contractors to obtain quotes.

4.  Construction management and coordination - overseeing contractors to help ensure quality and design execution.
