The project scope included the design of a new quadrangle and accessible walkways, collaboration for infiltration and bioretention basins, a green roof, walkway canopies supporting photo voltaic (PV) panels, and planting areas at geothermal wells. Berms and planting schemes also serve as an aesthetic and sound buffer between the College and the surrounding residential neighborhood. The design and construction documentation for the exterior features around the student services building has contributed to the LEED NC Gold.
