Mixed-use and Park Development
In addition to critiquing and providing suggestions for the overall landscape and gateway treatments for Federal Realty Investments, design documents were produced for the project streetscape; construction documents for a full planting plan; and permitting for a six-acre waterfront park that serves as the prime recreation and natural focal point for the office, retail, and residential occupants of the new development.
